MEET YOUR CREW CHIEF

My name is Lisa.

I am the founder of World of Wheels Club.

The inspiration for a car-themed stay and play came from my experience as a first-time mum to an amazing ASC child with a love of vehicles and anything that spins.

Although I enjoy my job as a primary school teacher, nothing beats escaping from the classroom to play cars with him.

WHO CAN PLAY?Everyone is welcome at
World of Wheels Club!

The toys we provide are most appropriate for children between the ages of three and five, but our Dinky Drivers (0 – 2 years)

and Wheel Whizzes (5 years +) will find plenty to keep them busy too.

Dinky Drivers

From Click Clacks to Magic Tracks and books galore, the smallest members of World of Wheels Club will find heaps to engage with on the Chequered Flag.

Wheel Whizzes

The most experienced members of World of Wheels Club can use their understanding of speed, trajectory and aerodynamics to defeat their opponents on sets which include motorised boosters and giant crash zones.

SEND Racers

At World of Wheels Club, it is very important to us that everyone is included.  Your Crew Chief and Pit Crew warmly welcome SEND Racers at every event for a discounted rate (evidence of DLA/PIP must be provided) and offer regular Quiet Sessions.

WHY WHEELS?In addition to the endless fun, playing with cars has a vast number of developmental benefits for little learners.

Fine Motor Skills

Navigating tiny vehicles around our tracks is great for their fine-motor skills, laying the foundations for skills such as pencil grip and manipulating tweezers.

Role-Play

Children have heaps of opportunities to use their imaginations in World of Wheels Club by role-playing in their own wonderful way or in partnership with their peers.

Gross Motor Skills

Using push power to drive our ride on vehicles also supports the progression of gross motor skills, such as balance and spatial awareness.

Competition

As well as chances for collaboration, the sets we provide also encourage healthy competition through racing tracks and head-to-head collision courses.
